Description
Vladimir Mayakovski was one of the most significant poets of the first two decades of the Soviet Republic. He supported revolution sincerely, but that was not enough to increasingly oppressive authorities, who wanted to use art as a propaganda tool. Mayakovsky ended his life in 1930, at the age of 36.
